ADHD Screening

The below tool will help you screen your child for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It is most accurate for children aged 20 months and up.

Many children who screen positive for ADHD may also show traits of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); these conditions could co-occur.

Note: This quiz is a preliminary screening tool (i.e., it will tell whether your child needs professional help) and is not a clinical diagnosis. Only a licensed professional can provide a formal diagnosis. Click here for more information regarding assessments.
